Tent #1 is located right on the edge of camp creek. During warm weather enjoy soaking in one of the soaking holes or taking a stroll in the creek. Tent #1 has all the modern comforts, queen bed, tv, internet, bathroom, shower, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet, plates, silverware.
The Space
Camp creek Tent #1 has almost all of the comforts of home, private bathroom, vanity, shower, and small kitchenette area with traditional coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet, dishes, silverware and a mini-fridge. Also has a space heater, freestanding AC/Heater combo, TV, and wifi! Tent #1 is equipped with a queen bed and comfy futon for kids or anyone else that wants to enjoy this true nature experience! Please remember, this is a TENT along a creek in the wild! ENJOY

The address to the property is 124 Russ Road, but that will take you to The Squirrel’s Nest!
Once you take the left onto Russ Road and cross the creek, take an immediate left and you will see Tent #1 on your left! Enter through the back gate and you are in your private oasis!

The Squirrels Nest is less than one mile from downtown Norfork Arkansas and the confluence of the White and Norfork Rivers.
Note: The interior stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep and narrow.
You’ll love this unique and romantic escape. The streamer is conveniently located in the back of one of the old storefronts in downtown Norfork.
Walking distance to the local brewery, coffee shop, restaurants, fly shop, adventure store, liquor store and the local grocery store is right next door. The boat ramp at the confluence of the White and Norfork river is about a 1 minute drive away. Very cozy space!

We are just steps away from the slopes and all Steamboat Ski Resort has to offer including dinning, rentals, concerts, shopping and more. Enjoy cozy nights in relaxing by the fireplace, soaking in the hot tub and taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen.
This condo has plenty of sleeping space including a queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the bedroom. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa for additional guests and plenty of lounge furniture. Enjoy the privacy of our balcony overlooking the slopes and take advance of a relaxing soak at the end of your day in the buildings communal hot tub.
At Steamboat Dream Vacation we promise to create an ease of mind experience for all of our guests. Feel free to ask our team any question about the Boat and we will do our best to answer.
The communal hot tub is only open during the peek seasons from Memorial Day – Labor Day and from Thanksgiving – closing day of the Resort (mid April).
Other things to note
Unfortunately the elevator is currently out of order. It is set to be fixed by September 28th. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated communal laundry room on the bottom floor of the building.
Our cleaning fee is based on two hours paid to our cleaners. Anything over that time is an additional $50 per half hour charged to the guest. To help prevent this we kindly ask guests to start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes, pile used sheets and towels and take out the garbage upon departure.
We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
Pets are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA.
We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
This unique place has a style all its own. Renovated storefront converted to upscale vacation rental, located in bustling downtown Norfork, walking distance to everything. Local craft brewery, coffee shop, restaurants, fly fishing shop, adventure store, and river access are a stones throw away. Two bedrooms, one bath plus a loft. Fenced back yard, pet friendly and plenty of boat parking around back.

Traditional coffee maker and a couple of days worth of coffee and a few snacks will be provided during your stay. This unit has its own washer and dryer, guest will need to provide washing detergent.
