This true ski/in-ski/out one bedroom condo has everything and more for your perfect Steamboat Springs getaway. We are just steps away from the slopes and all Steamboat Ski Resort has to offer including dinning, rentals, concerts, shopping and more. Enjoy cozy nights in relaxing by the fireplace, soaking in the hot tub and taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. This condo has plenty of sleeping space including a queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the bedroom. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa for additional guests and plenty of lounge furniture. Enjoy the privacy of our balcony overlooking the slopes and take advance of a relaxing soak at the end of your day in the buildings communal hot tub. At Steamboat Dream Vacation we promise to create an ease of mind experience for all of our guests. Feel free to ask our team any question about the Boat and we will do our best to answer. The communal hot tub is only open during the peek seasons from Memorial Day – Labor Day and from Thanksgiving – closing day of the Resort (mid April).
Other things to note
Unfortunately the elevator is currently out of order. It is set to be fixed by September 28th. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated communal laundry room on the bottom floor of the building.
Our cleaning fee is based on two hours paid to our cleaners. Anything over that time is an additional $50 per half hour charged to the guest. To help prevent this we kindly ask guests to start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes, pile used sheets and towels and take out the garbage upon departure.
We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
Pets are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA.
We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
Old Gun Store Lodge is in the heart of Norfork’s downtown area and is within walking distance to our local brewery! Norfork Brewing Company can provide you with a much-needed cold beverage after your trip to the beautiful Norfork or White Rivers! With a local grocery only two doors down, you can easily grab anything you need to make your stay excellent!
Norfork Adventure Supply is also a stone’s throw away as is the excellent cake shop with desserts and favorites for every occasion!
Old Gun Store Lodge has a relaxing, country vibe with wonderful decorations that are not only inviting, but many have history that dates back to an earlier time when this space was a local gun shop. Come in and relax, kick your feet back and enjoy the peace and quite of our town! When the sun goes down (or earlier) head over to Norfork Brewing Company to chat with your friends and enjoy a local brew!
Please be cautious of the loft in Old Gun Store Lodge as it has a steep set of stairs that is unsuitable for children that are unattended.
We don’t recommend the loft for young children or individuals that have issues climbing as the stairs can be difficult and cause problems.
Guest access
Our guests have full access to Old Gun Store Lodge, as well as the deck out back, back yard & fire pit!

Early check-in or late check-out is often available, please inquire as early as possible so we can coordinate this. The fee for this service (if available) is $25 each.
Caddis Cabin is a historic storefront (circa 1918) that has been converted to an upscale vacation rental, it’s located in beautiful downtown Norfork, walking distance to the local craft brewery, fly shop, liquor store, coffee shop, sandwich shop, adventure store and the confluence of the White and Norfork rivers, there is also a very well stocked grocery store located right next door. 2 bedroom 1 bath, plenty of boat parking-pet friendly, wifi, privacy fence, fire pit, covered deck with charcoal grill. 2 night minimum. Old gunstore lodge is located next door and could be rented together to accommodate larger groups.
